Telephone Call Backs

On Tuesday 14th January we welcomed our new telephone system which introduced digital call queuing.  The aim of this upgrade was to address the issues where patients had to sit on the end of the phone for long periods of time.

By introducing call backs, patients now have the option to be held in a digital queue without the need to stay on the phone, and the queue position is held until it reaches the front of the queue.  Once the call is at the front of the queue, the system calls you back and connects you to one of our team without the need to wait on the phone.

This introduction has been very popular with our patients.
